They did end up fixing the issue with my order, so that was good. I just wish it hadn’t taken so many back-and-forth emails to get there. Not sure what the holdup was, but it felt slower than it needed to be.

I ordered this from maisonette.com expecting it to match the description, but it felt like they promised one thing and sent something else. The size was off, the material wasn’t what was listed, and even the color looked different in person. I went back to the product page thinking maybe I had missed some fine print, but nope, it just didn’t match. For the price, I really expected them to deliver what they advertised. Super frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I was ordering something from maisonette.com for a kid’s birthday and spent a while just looking through all the cute stuff, which is kind of the reason I ended up there in the first place. I really did want to like Maisonette, and I’m not saying they don’t have nice things because they definitely do. But the brand mix felt limited to me. I kept running into the same names over and over, and when I was looking for a specific style, there just weren’t enough options. For the prices, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a better assortment...

I ordered a few things for the kids and everything showed up exactly like I chose it. The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, and nothing was missing or swapped out. It’s a simple thing, but really useful when you don’t have to deal with returns or fixes...

The box showed up with a noticeable dent, which made me a little worried at first — but everything inside was totally fine. No damage to the actual items, so it all worked out.

Overall, the quality and designs seemed nice, but it’s hard to rely on the size chart based on my experience. I ended up having to return most of the order, which was frustrating.

I’ve ordered from Maisonette a few times now, i kind of like that the site seems to remember what I’m usually shopping for, especially my kids’ ages and the styles I tend to click on.
The recommendations feel thoughtful to me, not like the usual random “you might also like” items that are just expensive for no reason. I found a really cute sweater for my daughter and a toy my son ended up loving without having to scroll forever.
Checkout was simple, and the delivery went smoothly too. My take is that Maisonette feels a little more personal than a lot of other kids’ sites, and as a busy parent, I really appreciate anything that makes shopping feel easier

Maisonette definitely has some really cute kids’ items, and I’ve found a few things I liked. But wow, the prices can be a lot. The sales help a little, which is nice because apparently tiny clothes and toys need luxury pricing now. Still, even with a discount, I’m not always convinced the value is totally worth it

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I had to wait days just to get a reply about my order, and while they did eventually answer, it felt like I had to keep chasing them to get any update. Frustrating experience

I like shopping here, but it’s frustrating how quickly certain sizes sell out. Sometimes I finally find something I want and my size is already gone. It would also be nice to have an actual person to talk to when that happens, instead of feeling like everything is handled by automated messages with no real human contact.

I’ve found some really cute kids’ stuff here, including a few brands I’m usually happy to grab. The browsing can be a little hit or miss, and the filters aren’t always the easiest to deal with, but if you spend a bit of time looking, there’s usually something good in there.

This has taken way too long, and I’m still waiting for my refund with no clear update. It’s getting really frustrating at this point. If this doesn’t get sorted out soon, I’m probably going to take my business somewhere else
